Key Projects funded by PARE's Internal Resources and Donors
  1. Provision of Reproductive Health Services to Pastoralists in Kaduna State funded by Pathfinder International where PARE was a sub-grantee implementing the Project with guidance from Pathfinder International from 2001 to 2007.
  2. Strengthening the delivery of education to nomadic pastoralists in Northeast Nigeria funded by the Commonwealth Education Fund from 2003 to 2006.
  3. Building of Nomadic Primary Schools in many areas of high pastoralists settlements. So far, PARE had established eleven primary schools in four States of the country (Kogi, Kaduna, Adamawa and Bauchi States) using its internally generated funds.
  4. Mobilisation and enlightenment of pastoralists and support for pastoral cooperative societies funded by the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP) from 2003 to 2005.
  5. Promotion of Early Childhood development among pastoralists communities in Kaduna State funded by Bernard van leer Foundation where PARE was the grantee responsible for implementation from 2004 to 2007.
  6. Grassroots Grant Project for the development of facilities at The Pastoral Resolve Centre for Development Training and Research (CDTR) funded by the Embassy of Japan from 2004 to 2005.Agricultural Development in Nigeria Project funded by the French Embassy where PARE was a Grantee supporting interventions among pastoralists within the Kano River Irrigation Project in Kano State from 2004 to 2008.
  7. Provision of Reproductive Health Services to Pastoralists in Adamawa State funded by Packard Foundation where PARE was responsible for the implementation with support from Management Strategies for Africa (MSA) from 2009 to 2011.
  8. Improving Livelihoods among Pastoralists in Bauchi State funded by Oxfam Novib where PARE was the grantee and responsible for the implementation of the Project from 2007 to 2012.
  9. Facilitated the distribution of support to Pastoralists victims of the 2011 Post Elections Violence by the Dangote Foundation in Kaduna and Bauchi States
  10. Conciliation in Nigeria through the Cooperative Use of Resources in Nigeria (CONCUR) Project funded by UKAID and implemented by Mercy Corps where PARE is an implementation partner in Kaduna and Plateau States working on peace-building and facilitating use of resources from 2013 to 2016.
  11. Research on Rural Banditry and Social Conflicts in Nigeria in partnership with the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) with funding from the British Department of International Development (DFID) Nigeria Security and Stability Project (NSRP).
  12. Engaging Communities for Peace in Nigeria (ECPN) Project funded by USAID implemented by Mercy Corp. PARE is a partner in the implementation of the Project in Nasarawa and Benue States facilitating interface with communities and carrying out the documentation and publicity of activities from 2015 to 2017.
